Refund Policy
Last Updated: October 26, 2025At Clip Capital Inc., we pride ourselves on transparency. Because our services involve significant labor, digital infrastructure, and setup costs immediately upon purchase, we adhere to a strict refund policy described below.
1. “Change of Mind” Refund Window
We offer a cooling-off period for clients who wish to cancel their subscription due to a “change of mind.” The length of this window depends on your location:
- European Union (EU) & UK Residents: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
- Global Clients (Non-EU): You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
How Refunds Are Calculated (The “Fair Work” Clause)
If you request a refund within the applicable window, we will refund your payment minus the value of the work we have already performed.
Deductions include:
- Service Fee Pro-Ration: We will retain a percentage of your monthly fee corresponding to the days our service was active (e.g., if you cancel after 7 days, we retain roughly 25% of the monthly fee).
- Setup Fees: If the digital asset setup (account creation, branding, warm-up) has already been completed, the Setup Fee is non-refundable, as this cost covers labor and hard costs that cannot be recovered.
2. 200% ROI Guarantee
We stand behind our strategy. Our 200% ROI Guarantee is a performance warranty, not a cash refund.
The Terms: If, after 3 months of active service, you have not generated revenue equal to at least 200% of your total investment with us, we will continue to manage your assets and produce content for FREE until that revenue goal is reached.
To qualify for this guarantee, you must adhere to our strategy guidelines and maintain an active subscription for the initial 3-month period.
3. Exceptions for Full Refunds
While our standard policy involves deductions for work done, we will issue a 100% full refund (including setup fees) under the following specific circumstances:
- Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the core deliverables promised in your package (e.g., we fail to create the account or fail to deliver the guaranteed video volume).
- Gross Negligence: If a proven act of gross negligence on the part of our team directly results in a verified revenue loss or permanent damage to your asset.
4. No Refunds After Cooling-Off Period
Once your applicable cooling-off period (7 or 14 days) has passed, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription month, partial months, or simply because you decided to stop using the service.
5. Consumer Arbitration
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
